How to Make Password Protected PDF File using Photoshop Cs6

In this tutorial I show you how to password protect a PDF file using Photoshop Cs6. In this tutorial I only show you how to save a PDF with document open password, that means when you try to open this PDF file it ask for password.

Step 1.

After create or edit your PDF file using Photoshop Save it as PDF, to do so go to File and from the dropdown list select Save as.



Now a new Save as window comes up here select Format as Photoshop PDF and hit Savebutton.

Step 2.

Now a new Save Adobe PDF window comes up.



Here you can see Security option. Click on it to open Security options.



Now check the checkbox beside Require a password to open the document.

Now type the password in the box beside Document open password what you want to add to this document.
After type your password hit Save PDF button.



Now a Confirm password window comes up, here retype your password to confirm it and hit Okbutton to save it.



Now your PDF file save successfully with password Protection.
When you try to open this PDF it ask for Document Open Password. Type the password to open the PDF file.
